At Shaaf Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
- Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
